How to judge what kind of entity you need to register?

For representative office service coverage
Company setup fee: US$1,500 ——— One time charge only
Accounting + Payroll fee: US$500 ——– Per Month
***your employees are less than 5

For an entity without inventory service coverage
Company setup fee: US$2,500 ——— One time charge only
Accounting + Payroll fee: US$920——– Per Month
***your employees are less than 5; selling invoices are less than 10; Inventory-buying invoices are less than 10

For an entity with inventory service coverage
Company setup fee: US$2,500 ——— One time charge only
Accounting + Payroll fee: US1,380——– Per Month
***your employees are less than 5; selling invoices are less than 10; Inventory-buying invoices are less than 10 and need to do cost accounting per month

The above quotation is based on three assumptions:
Company setup fee does not include the following :
***special industry license; factory license; virtual office as registered address
The above quotation does not include out-of-pocket expenses
***fee paid to Government, company stamp, bank account(s) setup charges, etc
The client will follow up Evershine’s SOP (Standard Operation Procedures)
***Wire payment through web-banking, Pay salary once a month, Payment frequency twice a month
