Business Development History of Accounting BPO Services :

Beginning in June 2005, Evershine CPAs firm started to provide accounting outsourcing services to WFOEs in Taiwan and China .

In order to provide the outsourcing services, Evershine CPAs firm gradually designed a Web-platform for our clients to use free-of-charge. The web-platform allows client staff in the parent company to join the daily documentary approval process of its subsidiaries.

Additionally, Evershine CPAs firm gradually began cooperating with Taiwan-based and Asia-based banks to provide their web-banking authorization systems to allow staff in the parent company to execute the approval process before transferring daily payments.

In December 2008, Evershine CPAs firm spun off its accounting BPO business unit to become an independent company named Evershine BPO Service Corp. This was done in order to promote our patented web-platform to more CPA firms as co-service provider partners. At that time, the Company had about 30 clients engaged by their parent companies located in the USA, England, HK and Japan.

From December 2009, Evershine BPO Service Corp. has been focusing on developing more web-based authorization systems for use in outsourced financial and accounting services. For example, our feature service Central Payment Center is for enterprises with multiple locations in Taiwan, China and Japan was successfully developed.

In 2010 March, Client number reached more than 60 and users of our Web-platform greater than 600. Service locations include the important cities in Taiwan and in China . We also added WFOE parent companies in Italy and France.
