Evershine CPAs is an accounting firm founded in 1992 by Dale Chen, CPA. In 1997, Joe Wei and Josephine Chiao, both CPAs, joined the partnership. Currently, at Evershine CPAs there are six partners; Dale Chen, Joe Wei, Josephine Chiao, Chi-Fun Liang, Yu-Lin Huang and Lisa Chang. Joe and Josephine are certified public accountants in both the USA and the ROC (Taiwan). Dale Chen is certified in the ROC and in China.

In 1999, Evershine CPAs was approved by the ROC Securities and Futures Commission to execute auditing services for publicly listed companies.
In April 2004, Evershine CPAs registered with the PCAOB of the United States to provide auditing services for branches and subsidiaries of companies listed on the NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX, and OTCBB.
Since June 2005, Evershine CPAs has been focusing on providing outsourcing services of financial accounting to Taiwan-based or other Asia-based subsidiaries assigned by their parent company from the USA, England, HK, Japan or elsewhere. In order to provide the best outsourcing services, we have designed and conducted our own web-based electronic authorization system for our clients to use free-of-charge. The system allows personnel of a parent company to join the daily documentary approval process of their overseas business subsidiary. Additionally, we cooperate with Taiwan-based or Asia-based banks to provide a safe web-based electronic authorization system that requires approval by the personnel of the parent company before transferring daily payments.
In September 2005, Evershine CPAs joined the IAPA (International Association of Practising Accountants) to be one of 250-plus worldwide members. The total staff of the member firms of IAPA is roughly 9,800. It is ranked the 19th largest CPA organization in the world. In June 2006, Evershine CPAs set up “Xiamen Evershine BPO Service Limited” in the Incubation Park of the Torch District of Xiamen. Evershine BPO was established to be the service window for clients in Xiamen and Eastern China. We provide quick, cost competitive and qualified services to clients operating in China.
In December 2008, in order to promote our Accounting Outsourcing service to more clients,Evershine BPO Service Corp. was spun off from the Business Unit of Evershine CPAs Firm. Evershine CPAs has approximately 200 clients. The majority of our business is in high-tech manufacturing, trading, construction, investment banking and non-profit organizations.
